When Mr Never Cooks and I started looking at thinking about pondering the idea of where we would tie the knot, it didn’t take long for us to get buried under a mountain of historical buildings and ballrooms. Last week I shared the 7 strategies we used to find and book our perfect wedding venue in no time at all. It’s amazing how many vendor search engines there are (like The Knot), let alone the number of ceremony and reception sites in your area.
If you’re following one of the top pieces of advice from my last post, you’ll be quickly sorting through tons of options and reaching out to plenty of venue representatives in the process.
How do you keep track of it all?
To help the slightly frazzled & newly-engaged out there, I made a handy dandy spreadsheet that you can download for FREE to help keep yourself organized as you figure out what matters to you and your partner.
The template lets you to fill in the most important factors for you (e.g. having a wheelchair accessible ceremony and reception) and helps you keep track of important tasks (like whether you’ve already emailed the venue).
I hope this helps you feel in control of your future nuptials, I know how stressful and overwhelming the process can feel! Starting early and being organized right out of the gate is a good way to keep the stress levels low during your wedding planning process and using the right tool can help tremendously.
